On June 28, 2019 we had an Amana
DSX14 a/c unit and an Amana AMS80 furnace installed in our manufactured home by
All Valley Air Conditioning. Eight contractors visited our home, reviewed
our needs, and promised a quote. Only 6 contractors provided a quote.
All Valley A/C and one other contractor were the lowest price. All Valley
was the ONLY contractor to follow up the quote with a phone call to see if I
had additional questions or concerns. Although all six contractors quoted
a 4 ton unit, All Valley further recommended I install a 3 ton unit because of
the limited size of the existing duct work. They explained and documented
the capacity calculations. Those calculations convinced me to opt for the
smaller unit–saving additional money. We have now experienced several
115 degree days and the new unit consistently held our home at a 78 degree
temperature. So far, we are very happy with the results.
All Valley was on time for every appointment, the installation went smoothly,
and the owner visited during the installation. First class operation.
