They were exactly on time, took video and pictures since unit is on roof. Johann was very efficient and communicative. Cost was reasonable. Honest without being pushy about the condition of our older unit…

Prompt, efficient service. Technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He took note of and replaced motors in 2 AC units that would have conked out in PS summer, thus avoiding a major headache. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful experience today. Johann & Nicholas were terrific. Johann has been coming for regular maintenance for several years. Today he had a helper. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, changed all the AC filters. I highly recommend All Valley Air.
